How The Sill Disrupted and Reimagined the Indoor Plant Market
03/09/2021 at 2:00 PM (EST)  |  60 minutes
03/09/2021 at 2:00 PM (EST)  |  60 minutes Before The Sill there were no consumer brands that provided easy access to plants and taught customers how to care for them. In 2012 Eliza Blank filled this gap, launching The Sill – an online plant retailer that makes plants accessible to everyone and demystifies the plant world for novice owners. Eliza will take you through her journey with The Sill, explaining how the company has successfully disrupted the houseplant industry, perfected the online plant buying experience and continues to grow-- fulfilling its mission to “make the experience of discovering the perfect potted plants as wonderful as the plants themselves”. This live event will be an interview with Eliza Blank, CEO of The Sill and moderated by SAF CEO Kate Penn.
