Customer service starts in the store with clear communication. Whether it is communication between an employee and customer or employee and manager, there is often a disconnect that causes frustration, dissension, and even turnover. In this fun and informative session for both owners/managers and employees, Vonda LaFever AIFD, PFCI and Lori Wilson of Flower Clique share real stories of what owners thought they communicated clearly and how it was perceived differently. You’ll walk away knowing the most common areas of miscommunication; how to articulate your expectations and break down misunderstandings; what every owner/manager wants their team to know; what every employee wishes they could tell their boss; and what every customer wants a flower shop to know.
